Built for Applied Kinesiology · In daily clinical use

One screen. One hand on the patient. The whole visit, charted.

Triad is the EHR built for cash-based Applied Kinesiology practices. Your findings go in as structured data, not free text. Fire a macro, tap a few findings, and the note writes itself. It was built at the table by a practicing AK doc, and it charts real patients every day at Momentum Health & Wellness in Elk River, Minnesota.

  • We move your data for you, free
  • Month-to-month, export anytime
  • We sign a BAA with your practice

A day with Triad, in 37 seconds. Demo data throughout: every name and value on screen is made up.

What only Triad does

Built around how an AK visit actually runs.

Every item below is in the app today and in use on real visits. Where something is still being finished, it says so right on the card. No roadmap dressed up as features.

Live

A macro board that speaks AK

Challenges, muscle tests, valves, organ indicators, cranial faults and reflexes are one-tap buttons, saved as structured findings. One pattern macro marks findings across every section at once. Hold the board to drag folders right where your hands expect them.

Live

Work a finding all the way to the fix

Follow a weak muscle to its organ, the organ to its offender, and the offender to the nutrient that counters it, all charted as one chain. The chain prints in the note as plain clinical sentences, so the "why" behind your protocol is on the record.

Live

Shorthand that charts itself

Type the way you think. "R tricep MR R TFL" charts the weak muscle and what you treated it through in one go, and typed muscles keep their side. A brand-new challenge is one line and Enter away.

Live

Dictation that knows your vocabulary

Tap the mic on any field and talk. Medical-mode dictation is primed with AK terms and the findings you've already charted, waits for the end of your thought instead of cutting you off mid-sentence, and "scratch that" takes back the last bit.

Live

Functional-range labs, with trends

About 90 biomarkers flagged against functional ranges that account for sex, age, menopausal status and meds, not just the lab's cutoff. Import a LabCorp-format PDF or a DUTCH hormone report, see trends across draws, and get a heads-up before rechecks come due.

Live

A progress picture patients can see

Every symptom and finding moves on one four-step scale, from no change to resolved, colored red to green across visits. Turn the iPad around, print a progress report, or share signed notes and reports through the patient portal.

Live

Signed means sealed

When you sign, the server seals the note and nobody can quietly edit it later. Changes go on as dated amendments, and every change to the chart leaves an audit trail.

Cards: final testing

Chart to checkout, no re-typing

The supplement plan you build at the table lands in checkout, inventory counts itself down, and the superbill fills from the note. Packages, memberships, payment plans and an end-of-day close-out are built in. Card processing is in final testing now.

Live

Made for an iPad at the table

Big touch targets, one-handed flows, and it installs to your home screen like an app. Charting keeps working if the treatment-room Wi-Fi drops, then syncs when it's back.

Live

AI drafts. You sign.

Triad can draft the visit note and build a morning brief card for each patient on today's schedule. Nothing an AI writes is ever signed for you: drafts wait in your sign queue for your review.

Why it exists

You're paying insurance prices for software that doesn't speak AK.

You run a cash practice. You haven't filed an insurance claim in years. But a lot of AK docs still pay $150 to $300 a month for an EHR built around a clearinghouse and a claim scrubber they never touch.

And the charting? It's worse.

You think in challenges, muscle tests, valves, organ indicators, cranial faults, offenders and reflexes. Most EHRs have never heard of any of it. So every finding gets crammed into a free-text box while the next patient waits.

Then a patient asks, "Am I actually getting better?" And all you've got is "trust me."

You didn't get into AK to fight a keyboard. That's the whole reason Triad exists.

A closer look

Real screens, demo patients.

These are straight from the app, filled with made-up demo patients. Nothing here is a mockup.

Triad's charting screen on an iPad with a demo patient, headed 'Type it. Tap it. Talk it.' Callouts point to the Record and Dictate buttons (Talk), the body-region wheel and finding tiles (Tap), and the plain-words scratch notes box (Type), with the auto-written note on the right.

Three ways to chart

The whole visit on one screen

This is the cockpit. Fire a macro, tap a few findings, drop in the supplement plan, and send it to checkout without leaving the screen. Your own SOAP macros sit right under each section, and copy-forward brings last visit's items over from one tick-list. Mix all three ways of charting in the same visit.

  • Type itScratch notes in plain words, and AK shorthand that charts itself.
  • Tap itMacro buttons and finding tiles mark structured findings in one touch.
  • Talk itRecord the visit or dictate into any field, in medical mode.
HONESTWe haven't published a visit-time number yet. When we do, it'll be clocked on a real recording, not a guess.

Thumb docks · iPad and phone

Everything you reach for, right under your thumb.

On a phone, the controls you use most live at the bottom of the screen, where your thumb already is. Schedule, patients and labs all work the same way, and charting keeps working if the Wi-Fi drops, then syncs when it's back.

  • Phone screen of the Triad week schedule for October 12 to 18, 2026, with Today, Day or Week, and a New button docked at the bottom above the Today, Patients, Schedule, Labs and More tabs.
1 of 4 · ScheduleToday, day or week, and New, all docked at the bottom.
  • Phone screen showing October and November 2026 calendars at once, with dots under booked days and a weeks-out marker beside each row.

Progress

A progress picture your patient can actually see

Each finding gets a color as it changes across visits, red to yellow to blue to green. Stack those across the case and you get the whole patient story on one screen. When a patient asks "am I improving?", you show them.

  • Major
  • Resolved
HONESTThis shows the progression of findings you entered. It's a picture of your charting, not a clinical outcome measure.

Labs

Functional-range labs, not just lab cutoffs

Triad flags each value against the functional target you actually care about, adjusted for sex, age, menopausal status and meds. Sparklines show the trend, an hourglass on the chart says labs are due next visit, and you can email a patient-friendly lab report in a couple of taps.

  • OUT OF RANGEOutside the functional target
  • BORDERLINEClose to the edge, worth watching
  • OPTIMALInside the functional target
HONESTTriad organizes and displays lab data. It doesn't diagnose or interpret results. That's your call, as it should be. Direct electronic lab ordering and results are in development.

Dispensary & inventory

Your dispensary, captured in the same minute you chart.

The plan you build during the visit flows straight to checkout with dose quick-picks, and inventory counts down. When a shipment arrives, snap the packing slip: each line lands on the product already on your shelf, with the count ready to add. The recommendation you made at the table becomes the sale at the front desk, with no separate step and no lost revenue.

HONESTToday's dispensary is Triad's own in-office inventory and checkout. Card processing is in final testing, and an online-dispensary connection is in development.

Pricing

Priced for a cash practice, because you're not renting insurance machinery.

One flat price per provider, month-to-month, with no add-ons stacking up. The only split is voice and AI, because those are the parts that actually cost money to run.

Foundation Founding target

$79 /mo per provider

The whole AK cockpit, macros, scheduling, cash billing and superbills, dispensary and checkout, functional-range labs, intake forms and patient email. For the doc who taps instead of talks.

How that compares

Typical public list prices by category, per provider, per month.

Insurance-built chiropractic EHRs$159 to $299
Functional-medicine EHRsup to ~$269
Triad Professional$129 target
Triad Foundation$79 target
Low-cost generalist practice software$54 to $99 + add-ons

Category ranges from public list pricing, July 2026. Triad's prices are founding targets we're validating with our founding practices, not locked numbers. Against low-cost generalist software we don't win on price; we win on AK-native charting.

How switching works

Switching is the easy part. That's on purpose.

01

We move your data for you, free

Send us your current EHR's export. Triad imports patients, appointments and chart-note files, and lists anything it can't match instead of guessing. If you ever leave, Settings has a full export of every chart, note and document.

02

We build your board around how you practice

During setup we turn your most-used patterns into one-tap macros. Rename buttons, reorder folders, hide what you don't use. No code. By day one you're charting your workflow, not ours.

03

Your first live day, with the founder on standby

Todd is a text or email away for your first day of real charting. A built-in setup checklist walks your staff through the rest, one step at a time, and ticks itself off as you go.

From the founder

Dr. Todd Anderson, DC · Founder, Triad EHR LLC · Elk River, MN

I built the EHR I always wanted, so I could stop fighting mine.

Hi, I'm Dr. Todd Anderson. I practice Applied Kinesiology at Momentum Health & Wellness in Elk River, Minnesota. I'm at the table every week, just like you.

For years I paid for an EHR built for an insurance practice I don't run. None of it spoke AK. So every muscle test, valve and offender went into a free-text box, tab by tab, while my patient waited.

So I built what I wanted instead.

Triad is the EHR I chart on every single day. It's real, it's shipped, and it runs my practice right now on Google Cloud under a signed HIPAA BAA. Since we went live in June 2026 it has grown a ton, almost all of it from things I hit on real visits.

Now I want a few more AK docs to build the next stretch with. Founding practices aren't customers of some faraway vendor. You're design partners, and I'm the guy who answers your email.

If you practice the way I do, I think you're going to love this!

Todd

Security & HIPAA

Built for HIPAA from day one. Here's exactly what that means.

Every service that touches patient data is covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Here's the list, and what we don't claim.

Hosted on Google Cloud under a signed BAA

The app, database, sign-in, file storage and AI drafting run on Google Cloud services covered by Google's Business Associate Agreement.

Dictation and email under their own BAAs

Voice dictation runs through AssemblyAI in medical mode, and patient email goes out through Amazon SES. Both are covered by signed BAAs.

Your practice, your own database

Each practice's records live in a separate database. Signed notes are sealed on the server, every chart change is audit-logged, and nightly backups are checked every morning.

We sign a BAA with your practice

Before any of your patient data comes in, Triad EHR LLC signs a Business Associate Agreement with you. You own your data, and the full export is never locked behind a plan or a balance.

Honest about what we don't claim

We don't say "HIPAA certified," because there's no such thing. We don't hold SOC 2, HITRUST, ONC or FDA certification or clearance, and we won't say we do. Triad doesn't diagnose, treat, or interpret your labs; it organizes and displays the data you enter. And this website has no analytics, tracking cookies or third-party form services: the forms below just open your own email app.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this only for Applied Kinesiology practices?

Right now, yes, on purpose. Triad is built for how AK docs chart: structured findings, valves, challenges, cranial faults, offenders, the whole vocabulary. That depth is the point. Each practice runs on its own database, so the platform is ready for more practices, and functional-medicine practices are next once our first AK practices are running smoothly.

What about my data? I can't lose my patient history.

We move it for you, free. Triad imports patients, appointments and chart-note files from your current EHR's export, and anything it can't match to exactly one patient gets listed for review instead of guessed. And leaving is never a trap: Settings has a full export of every chart, note and document, with no strings attached.

How much does it cost?

Founding target pricing is $79 per provider per month (Foundation) or $129 with voice dictation and AI drafts (Professional). One flat price, month-to-month, no add-on stacking. Founding practices lock in a lower rate for life. Final numbers get set honestly with our first practices.

I'm on a low-cost EHR already. Why pay more?

Good point! If you're on low-cost generalist software, you're not overpaying. You're under-served: every muscle test still goes into a free-text box, and add-ons creep the price back up. Triad's price buys AK-native structure, the progress picture and functional-range labs. If it isn't obviously better for how you practice, don't switch.

Is it actually HIPAA secure?

We built for it from day one. Triad runs on Google Cloud under a signed BAA. Voice dictation (AssemblyAI) and patient email (Amazon SES) are each under their own signed BAA. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with your practice before your data comes in. We never say "HIPAA certified," because no such certification exists.

Can I order labs from Triad?

Today Triad tracks the labs you order, schedules rechecks, and imports results from PDF (tuned for LabCorp reports and DUTCH hormone reports). Direct electronic lab ordering, with results flowing straight back into the chart, is in development.

Will learning new software wreck my schedule?

The single screen is the training. Your most-used patterns get built into macros during setup, a checklist walks your staff through the rest, and Help has a "What's new" list so nobody gets surprised by an update.

You're a small company. Will you actually be around?

Real question, real answer. Triad isn't a prototype betting on your data. It runs a live practice every day, and it's owned by Triad EHR LLC, a Minnesota company. The Founding Cohort is built to de-risk it for you anyway: free first weeks, month-to-month, and a full export you can take anytime.
